Privacy Policy

This describes what this page collects, why we collect it, and who else sees it. It is written from what this funnel actually does rather than from a template. This funnel sells a paid course and access to a Discord community, so unlike our free funnels there is a checkout on this page.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect when you buy

The checkout on this page is operated by Whop. When you complete it, we receive:

• Your name and email address.
• Your billing country and, where the checkout asks for it, your billing address.
• Your phone number, if you enter one, and the consent you gave for us to use it.
• The order itself: what you bought, what you paid, when, and the order reference.
• Where you came from: the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

Card details and payment

We never see or store your card number. The checkout is embedded from Whop, who act as merchant of record and take the payment. Card data is entered directly into their frame and goes to them and their payment processors, never to us.

What we receive back from Whop is the result: that a payment succeeded, for how much, and the last four digits and card brand for support purposes. That is all we hold about the payment instrument.

Why we collect it

Your name and email are needed to create your account, give you access to the course, send your receipt, and keep a record of what you bought.

Your email is also how we send you your Discord invite and any service messages about the material you paid for. That contact is the product, not a marketing extra.

Billing country is collected because tax treatment depends on it.

Who else sees it

These services process your data because this funnel runs on them:

• Whop — the checkout, the merchant of record, and where your purchase and access are recorded.
• Discord — the community you are given access to. Your Discord account is your own and is governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosting. Requests to this site pass through it.

We do not sell your data. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Discord community access

Joining the community means creating or using a Discord account. What you post there is visible to other members and to our moderators, and is held by Discord under their policy, not ours.

We can remove your access to the community. We cannot delete your Discord account — only you can do that, with Discord.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages at checkout, Dropship FZCO may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages relate to what you bought, for example access links, community invites and service updates.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. If a message cannot be replied to, email support@dropship.io and we will stop texting you.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@dropship.io.
• Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we protect your mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose unrelated to delivering our messages to you.

Where your data goes

The checkout, the hosting and the community are operated outside the country most buyers are in, and the trading entity is in the United Arab Emirates.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@dropship.io and say which.

Deleting your data ends your access to the course and the community, because the record of your purchase is what grants it.

If you gave consent to be called, texted or emailed marketing, you can withdraw it at any time (for text messages, reply STOP), and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did. Service messages about something you bought are not marketing and continue.

Cookies and tracking

This site currently loads no analytics or advertising trackers. The checkout frame sets its own cookies, which are necessary for it to work and are set by Whop under their policy.

That will change when advertising starts. When a pixel is added, it will be listed here and consent will be collected where the law requires it.
