Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the course and Discord community sold on this page. They describe what you receive, what it costs, what we do and do not promise, and what you own at the end of it.
Who you are contracting with
The seller is Dropship FZCO, Premises No: 33007-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1 United Arab Emirates.

What you are buying
A paid digital package. The components listed on the page beside their individual values are what is included, and the page is the definitive list of what is in your purchase at the time you buy.
Access to the Discord community is included for as long as the community runs and your access has not been revoked under these terms.
Price, and what the stated component values mean
You pay the price shown at checkout. That is the full amount for what is listed.
The individual values shown beside each component are our estimate of what the component would be worth bought separately. They are a comparison, not a price any of them is currently offered at, and the total is not an amount anyone has ever been charged.
Any tools, subscriptions or advertising spend you choose to use alongside the material are your own separate, ongoing costs, paid to those providers. They are not included and we receive no part of them.
Payment and merchant of record
Checkout is operated by Whop, who act as merchant of record. Whop takes the payment and their terms apply to the transaction itself. Your card details are entered into their frame and never reach us.
If the purchase is a subscription or a payment plan, the billing schedule shown at checkout is the one that applies, and you can manage or cancel it through Whop.
No earnings guarantee
Nothing on this site is a promise of income. Any figures, screenshots or stories shown are individual experiences and are not typical results.
What you make, if anything, depends on your own effort, the products you choose, your advertising spend, your market and conditions outside anyone’s control. You could make nothing. You could lose the money you spend on advertising and on tools.
Immediate access, and your right to withdraw
Access to the material and the community begins as soon as your payment completes. Access is immediate and by design.
Where a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract applies to you, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply begins immediately, and that doing so ends that right once access has been given. If you do not want that, do not complete the checkout.
Refunds
Because this is digital material delivered in full the moment you pay, purchases are not refundable once access has been given, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
If something is broken, missing or not what the page described, email support@dropship.io and we will put it right.
Course access and licence
Your licence to the course is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, resell, republish or redistribute the material, or use it to build a competing product.
We may update, reorganise or replace course material over time. What you keep access to is the course, not any particular lesson or file.
The Discord community
The community is a space we run for buyers. It is moderated, and membership is conditional on behaving reasonably in it.
Advice given in the community by us or by other members is opinion, not professional, financial or legal advice. What other members post is theirs, not ours.
We may remove access for abuse, harassment, spam, promoting competing offers, or sharing paid material with people who have not bought it. Removal for those reasons does not entitle you to a refund.
The community may be moved to another platform or closed. If it closes permanently we will say so in advance.
Acceptable use
Sharing credentials, reselling course material, scraping the course, recording or redistributing community content, or attempting to interfere with the site or its systems will end your access.
Third-party services
This funnel depends on services we do not control. Each has its own terms, which apply to you directly:
- Whop — checkout, merchant of record, and billing for any plan you take.
- Discord — the community platform and your own account on it.
- Any tools, suppliers or ad platforms you choose to use alongside the material.
We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or decisions about your account.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version is published here with a new date at the top. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
